Our dumpsters range in size from 8 cubic yards up to 15 cubic yards.  10 and 12 yard containers are our most popular sizes. We also have 8 and 15 yard dumpsters, but we have less of these and they are harder to come by.  If you are seeking a larger size dumpster, then we can have one of our trusted local partners provide a 20 or 30 yard container, if needed!

Specifications:

10 yarders are typically 12 foot long by 7.5 foot wide and 3.5 foot high.

12 yarders are typically 12 foot long by 8 foot wide and 4.5 foot high.

15 yarders are 13-14 foot long by 8 foot wide and 5.5 -6 foot high.

Materials:
You can load pretty much anything into a dumpster.  The only materials that are not allowed are as follows:  [flammable and combustible gas or liquids, toxic material, ammunition, paint]   Please do not stack material far over the 'water line' of the container, to prevent items from falling out during transit. Extra charges will apply for the following: Tires ($25 per tire) Mattresses ($25 per mattress or box spring), empty propane tanks ($25 per tank).

Pricing:

10 and 12 yarders are $250 for the dumpster plus $125 per ton.

15 yarders are $300 for the dumpster plus $125 per ton.
We charge a flat service/rental fee for our dumpsters; plus the cost of dumping the contents that you throw away.  The cost to dump most containers is $125 per ton, for all municipal solid waste, construction and demolition material, and mixed loads.

** Additional Fees and Notes: Minimum of 1 ton applies at all transfer stations. Environmental, fuel and other transfer station sur-charges are also applied to your invoice; along with credit card transaction processing fees.

Discounted rates will apply for dumpsters that contain 100% of the following separated materials:   1. yard waste and tree debris 2. whole tree stumps 3. Concrete/stone.  Typically organic yard waste can be disposed of at $95 per ton, and Stone/concrete at $35 per ton.

Extra Charges: Mattresses - $25, Tires - $25, Propane tanks - $25

The majority of all household dumpsters we pull, come in between 1 - 2 tons; which typically yield a total cost of $375-$475.

Duration:
In season (March - November), dumpsters can be held onto for no more than 4 weeks.  After 4 weeks, there will be a rental fee of $25 per week. Off season (December - March), dumpsters can be held onto for 8 weeks or sometimes more without incurring additional per week rental fees.

Dumpster Dont’s

DO NOT

  • Throw away paint, hazardous material, gasoline, or explosives. This includes spent fireworks, ammunition, etc.

  • Park a car in front of the dumpster, especially after you’ve called or scheduled it to be picked up. (we start early AM)

  • Pile discarded material high over top of the ‘water line’ of the dumpster. A little sticking out/up is okay!
